There are some really over the top food spots in Las Vegas. Here’s a small list of places to check out during Encapalooza….

Since the event is taking place at The Plaza, it’s worth noting that the property itself has a number of great places to either grab a bite to eat or have a sit down meal – fast and fancy! Let’s start there first:

Hash House a Go-Go – very popular egg and breakfast centric restaurant with a wide offering of dishes ranging from deluxe omelettes to stacked up waffle creations, chicken fried steak and more!

Pop-Up Pizza – absolutely amazing pizza by the slice or by the pie and always piping hot!

Aloha Hawaiian Grill – Las Vegas is known as the 9th Island and Aloha Kitchen serves up Hawaiian favorites including Kalua pork, teriyaki chicken, kimchi, poke tuna, macaroni salad and a whole lot more! Located in the food court!

Fresh Mexican Grill – the name is simple and so is the menu as the Grill serves up amazing traditional fare including street tacos, birria and more! This is for sure worth checking out! The Grill is located in the Plaza food court.

Pinkbox Doughnuts – these doughnuts are a Las Vegas original and you’ve probably never had anything like it. To say they’re addictive is an understatement!

Oscar’s Steakhouse – this fancy pants restaurant is world famous for its tomahawk steak, dry-aged strip steak, prime rib, incredible sides and more. Note: this is a true steakhouse where sides are ordered ala carte and entrees are priced accordingly. Reservations are encouraged – see menu here.

Casa Don Juan – located on mile south on Main St (literally down the street from the Plaza), Casa Don Juan serves up a bevy of Mexican dishes that are both hearty and delicious!

In-n-Out – the most popular burger chain in Southwest in the US. is home of the Double Double, fresh made fries and great shakes. In-N-Out is a California landmark that has slowly spread from state to state spreading joy with its affordable, quality burgers! Be sure to ask for ‘animal style’ on your burger and fries!

Blueberry Hill – this Las Vegas treasure has been serving up diner classics for decades. Breakfast, lunch and dinner items are near endless and oh so good!
